Where it all began

Johnathan Mullane is Managing Director and founder of Retail Financial Solutions. Johnathan is a qualified Chartered Accountant with fifteen years’ experience specialising in retail accounting.

Over the course of his career Johnathan has implemented control systems, clear precise information systems and a reporting structure in all his retail clients. The results have been an enhancement of margin and reduction of costs in every single client he has served. Johnathan founded Retail Financial Solutions in the summer of 2014 with a clear objective to take retail accounting and consultancy to the next level by providing a best-in-class personal service to his clients and leveraging technology to provide a clear and concise reporting system for his clients that allow them to run their business with the security that Johnathan and his team are always behind them.

Vision

There are loads of companies out there today that provide detailed accounting and information systems to retailers. What we have observed in our time in retail is that most retailers want their consultant and accountant not only to report on issues in their store, but to oversee the implementation of changes that resolve the issues highlighted. Retail Financial Solutions main objective is to be an extension of our client’s internal team to implement changes, but just as important to communicate with management and staff in the store to drive our client’s business forward.
